Return & Refund Policy
30-day return requests
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting [email protected] with your order number and reason. Please obtain return authorization and instructions before sending an item. Ordinary returns must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. These ordinary-return conditions do not prevent assistance for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Return destination
Authorized returns are sent to Somartrail, 16 Rue Du Chateau, 08190 Sault-Saint-Remy, France. This is an international return destination for US customers. Contact us first for authorization and instructions. For change-of-mind returns, use a tracked shipping method and retain the shipping receipt.
Return shipping and restocking
We cover applicable return shipping when we have made an error or an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. You cover return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. Ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not exclude assistance for these issues.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact [email protected] for help with a return or refund.
