Shipping Policy
Delivery area, costs and estimates
We ship free of charge to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start date; this is not a delivery guarantee.
Processing and cutoff
Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round. It does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.
