Products and prices
Prices are shown in USD. Product pages describe materials, dimensions, colors, set contents and care. Display colors can vary between devices. The applicable product choices and price are shown before you submit a payment.
Payment authorization and order acceptance
By submitting payment, you authorize the amount displayed at checkout. A payment attempt alone does not establish that payment was completed or that an order was accepted. Any order acceptance or payment confirmation must reflect the applicable confirmed transaction. Contact us if a payment or order status is unclear.
Shipping
We ship free of charge to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start date; this is not a delivery guarantee. Our order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round. It does not change for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting [email protected] with your order number and reason. Please obtain return authorization and instructions before sending an item. Ordinary returns must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. These ordinary-return conditions do not prevent assistance for damaged, defective or incorrect items. We cover applicable return shipping for our errors, damage or defects; change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Authorized returns go to our company address in France. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
